Oscar de la Renta accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that evening wear, bridal, and final sale items may be subject to specific restrictions to ensure the integrity of our luxury collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, including all designer boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards, to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and secure it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our atelier, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
